I have a very good doctor here. They are very efficient a lot.A lot of hospitals can learn from Parkland.

They dont actually care. Take a number get in get out. They dont have the time or the system to provide a proper assessment. Expect to diagnose yourself and fight for the testing you feel fits you. They will just see you as a waist of time. The doctors get to work and the schedule they are put on makes them already late. The stressful environment is impractical for patients wanting to have a real meeting. Self advocating is almost impossible in this system.

Very unprofessional! My appointment was at 1:45pm came in to check in at 1:30pm. Plus I even did Pre-E checked in at 1:25pm. That is offered in the app. There was nobody at the women’s center check in window. I understand that staff member had to go to the restroom now I checked in late and it all of the sudden the doctor wants to reschedule my appointment because I am β€œLATE” πŸ˜‚πŸ€¨ no sweetie, I didn’t called in late at my job , didn’t release my son early from school and drove a 30min drive so you come up with that ! It’s not my fault you fall behind due to short staff at the front desk.

Had a really bad experience at this location. Dr Nor’s nurse was so rude.. i had a very sick 6 month old. We made an appointment for a check up. The nurse asked if i had been giving the baby any medicine which i responded with yes. We had been giving her baby Tylenol then the nurse got really rude and started using a very loud tone questioning why are we giving that to the baby with an attitude. Then left the room and came back with Dr Nor and had their phones recording me and my baby without my consent. They was being really mean to me. They made me feel like I did something horrible for giving my sick baby Tylenol. As a new parent I didn’t know what else to do.

EDIT: I'll keep my original review below, but I just wanted to update this to say that we had a much better time here after scheduling a visit with a PCP. I'm assuming they have different physicians that see the walk in patients as opposed to scheduled visits. So, if you just need preventative care and regular doctor visits, this place is good, but if you need urgent care or a walk in visit, I would suggest you go somewhere else like C.V. Roman, which is also in the Parkland system. Original: This the second time I've gone with my mom for a walk in. You have to get there at least 30 minutes before they open if you want any hope of being seen in a timely manner. The receptionists are pretty nice and helpful. The nurse, however, was pretty patronizing and it seemed like she didn't want to be there. She also ignored some of the requests we made. When we finally got to see a physician, she said they couldn't do anything for my mom and told us to go to urgent care even though I told her we had already gone there and they weren't of much help, but she did tell us what kind of treatment to request there that might help. All in all, it wasn't a great experience, but at least they offer fi
